What is Kriya Yoga

Kriya Yoga is a simple, scientific, and effective technique based on breathing techniques that leads to the control of the life energy. The practitioner can direct his life force so that it awakens his spiritual centers and thus achieves rapid mental development.

Kriya Yoga calms the nervous system, helps to achieve a calm state of mind, ultimately with the goal of Samadhi to attain the state of superconsciousness.

From the beginning, the effects of Kriya Yoga can be perceived as: light, sound, vibration and inner peace.

In the 19th century, Babaji Maharaj brought the technique, which had long been hidden, back to the people of the world as a way to God-realization.

With Syamacharan Lahiri Babaji chose a family father to teach this technique. Lahiri Mahasaya had many students, one of his most advanced students was Swami Sri Yukteswar Giri.

According to the spiritual rules of Babaji, the technique can only be transmitted by authorized teachers who have already reached a level of superconsciousness.

With this technique it is possible to experience the living presence of the divine within oneself, in the midst of daily activities. At the same time body, mind, intellect and soul of the human being are developed.

One gram of practice is better than tons of theories.
